I had a great experience at this dealership and found a great low mileage Jeep Wrangler at a decent price. I had a great experience purchasing a car here! Joe was friendly, easy to work with, and I was in and out with a great car in under 2 hours. If you’re considering Auto Advantage, do yourself a favor and walk the other way. I purchased a 2017 Kia Niro from them—a car that couldn’t even make it 50 miles before breaking down. That’s not “wear and tear.” That’s complete negligence. When I reached out for support (the next day), I was met with dismissiveness and outright disrespect. Just bought a car here! Working with Advantage Auto Direct was easy. Rosy was fantastic, both warm and knowledgeable, as was every other employee we interracted with. They were reasonable in negotiation and when they weren't able to change a particular aspect of the deal, they offered alternatives -- a good sales tactic that can help you feel like you've gotten a win and are in control.
