UPDATED REVIEW: This dealer never paid their floor lender; therefore, the title was never released. Now the dealer claims they have filed for bankruptcy. Ron, the owner, basically told me to kick rocks. This is illegal and violates WA RCW 46.70.070. I have filed claims with the DOL and WA Attorney General's office. We bought a car in Oct 2025. Experience was great. But trying to get in contact with them regarding a warranty issue has been next to impossible. Left several voicemails and texts. Have called several times not one answer. It's getting exhausting and Im not sure how else to contact these people!
I think they’re out of business and likely scammed people. Purchased a 2018 Range Rover on December 19th. Temp plates expired end of January. Called twice inquiring both times they were unhelpful and said someone would get back to me. Trying the past two days and no one is answering. Called department of licensing and they never received payment or title so now I have no idea what the hell to do.
would give zero stars if I could. they used my repair shop to fix a bunch of their vehicles and then refused to pay me for the work.
