These folks were able to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience in a split second with great communication, unrivalled customer service and a genuine sense of empathy. Every single one of the workers are amazing and am blessed to have dealt with them. From getting a hitch installed, oil change, letting me use one of their vehicles to do running around, buy a trailer to making a mistake with what size I needed(my fault) and giving me three options to change it out when they could have said NO… You guys are truly on the right path of customer service and I will come back and recommend you to everyone. Had an issue with a wheel overheating on my 38’ 5th wheel during the return portion of our cross Canada trip. Contacted many RV and trailer repair shops but couldn’t find anyone to look at it until after the weekend. Called Advantage and Kelvin Day fit me in on a Friday afternoon, took care of the repair and even arranged for Lippert warranty to cover the cost.
