We had to rent a trailer for a weekend. The process was simple and efficient. Great service, would definitely rent from Advantage again.

These folks were able to turn a frustrating situation into a positive experience in a split second with great communication, unrivalled customer service and a genuine sense of empathy. Every single one of the workers are amazing and am blessed to have dealt with them. From getting a hitch installed, oil change, letting me use one of their vehicles to do running around, buy a trailer to making a mistake with what size I needed(my fault) and giving me three options to change it out when they could have said NO… You guys are truly on the right path of customer service and I will come back and recommend you to everyone.
