I was a patient here for 3 years. I had an appointment for a hearing test last week. When I arrived was told my appointment wasn't in the system and could I prove it. I went to advantage audiology several years ago and had surgery on my nose and got hearing aids I spent over $5,000 cash of my own money and insurance paid over $80,000 for my surgery and hearing aids they did really good and my surgery went great but afterwards 8 months later I find out that they turned me into collections for $100 I called them and they told me that I had a remaining balance when I finished with them surgery and hearing aids I had a $0 balance when I called them first they could not figure out where the $1... read more
I have moved about every 3 years. And David w van kooten, MD and his team is by far the best. Just had surgery and talk about good bed side manners as well as getting me feels better. I go into panic mode all the time with medical issues. But not once did I while being in his hands. I would 💯 recommend him and his staff to anyone.
