Called about a month ago to set an appointment, provided my contact information as well as insurance to the office and scheduled an appointment. Taking time from work to arrive at the appointment today, only to be told as I was checking in that my insurance was not accepted and the only way I could be seen was by paying almost 9 times the copay out of pocket.
