I was looking for another office and stopped by to ask if they could help direct me. The older lady at the front looked at me in disgust and said “we’re a private practice not a directory service.” It stinks because I’m sure they do great work but kindness is so important in a place of business, especially in healthcare.

Dr. Van Kooten and his entire office staff are great. I have been a long-time patient, and last month I visited his office 3 times for a possible inner ear problem and a couple of hearing aid repairs. He and his staff resolved all my problems each time, and they did so very professionally and economically. I also sent him summaries of previous vertigo treatments in lieu of another office visit to see if I was a candidate for a special vertigo treatment he offers. Kaleigh has been wonderful in assisting me with getting hearing aids. She is knowledgeable, kind, and patient. All of the staff have been welcoming and helpful.
