The process is easy to follow to bid on online only items. There is a few issues regarding the descriptions of the items they sell.. currently they have listed a van that the description says "Odometer displays approximately 120,170 miles" but the last photo clearly reads "170,178" miles... iv bidded and won what was supposed to be 49 silver dimes, once I got their there were only 47. I said "there's only 47", there response was "well didn't you look at the pictures" I guess it was my fault I had issues counting that many di... read more
Terrible experience start to finish. Poor communication, end time of auction continually changed, wish we had a “do over”.
If I could give a 10 star review, I would. I faced a very difficult situation when my husband’s brother died. My husband can no longer travel and we live in a different state. David Coutchie handled everything and it was an amazing relief to have him involved. He and his staff had to put in a lot of time to get everything ready to auction. And David answered every question I had Highly highly recommend this business.
This company is great! I will be buying from them again!
