Bill was easy to work with and very responsive. He communicated clearly and provided a detailed, high-quality appraisal.
Advantage Appraisals appraised my home and not only were they on time but they were very patient with all my questions about the appraisal process. I would recommend Mr William Rohlfing Jr and his team to who ever needs a real estate appraisal.
Bill Rohlfing Jr couldn't pull a comp in the same zip code, wouldn't revise when shown actual comparables in the same neighborhood in the last year, and refused to revise even when the bank came back and told him he seemed to be far under fair market value (one comp he pulled was 23 years older than the house being appraised). After getting an actual appraisal company to do another appraisal it was appraised at over $22k more than what these jokers of a company did.
