One of their appraisers came out and did a land appraisal. Unfortunately, it was a bad experience to say the least. Didn’t account for upgrades I had made on my property such as retaining walls, drainage, new septic system. Comparables that she had used were on Raccoon Lake and my property is on Centralia Lake. Didn’t adjust for that said there’s no difference . I own my property and she did not make any adjustments for comparables that were on lease ground. No adjustments were made quality of construction or design of home.... read more
