I don't recommend this company. I scheduled a repair on a microwave, using their website. I supplied my model and serial number, and even told them that the circuit board was probably bad. The tech showed up without any parts, ran a few tests, told me the board was bad, then had to call the office to see if they could find the board, which they couldn't, then told me I still had to pay for the service call. We are a service company that goes to customers homes to properly diagnose appliances in a professional manner with meters and tools. If the consumer scheduled service to properly diagnose his issue and that is what he paid for. We are not in the business to assume and guess what is wrong, if he wanted a control board he could have called in and ordered a control board instead or scheduling a service call as we do sell parts too. Great online scheduler and technician is background checked to make me feel safe in my home, i also got a picture of the tech e mailed to me so i knew who is coming over. Job was completed in under 30 minutes and refrigerator is working like new Highly recommended and thank you for great service.
BEWARE - Company is unprofessional and unreliable and RUDE! The technician came into my home complaining that he had been sent out during the COVID VIRUS when most people are staying home. He made it very clear that he did NOT want to be here. He took the dishwasher out and partially disassembled it then said he had to order a part and would have to come back out. Repair person was on time and seemed knowledgeable. The problem did not require repair and showed me how to diagnose in the future.
Prompt and excellent service - Technician arrived at time scheduled. Had the appropriate parts and knew exactly what needed to be done to fix the problem. I would highly recommend this company for appliance service repairs.
Today I had Amanda as my technician to work on my washing machine. she was very pleasant from the time she arrived. she took the time to listen to the the problem and was very knowledgeable on her job. she even took the time to wait as long as she could to make sure the problem had been corrected. Prompt Service Advantage Appliance Repair was able to send someone to my house within one day of calling. The technician was very knowledgeable and upfront with all aspects of the service. He did a very detailed job of inspecting my whirlpool oven. I would reccommend Advantage Appliance Repair to anyone that is looking for promptc reliable, and honest service.
Highly recomended I would highly recomend advantage appliance . They are fast , courteous and do a great job. My dryer broke down one day I called advantage appliance and they were there the next day , and in no time my dryer was fixed .
