Our water filters would not fit in the designated area and we ended up ruining a $50 filter right away. I bought another and called Advantage Appliances and the gentleman quoted me an appointment for noon. The repair tech came at 11:15 AM, straightened out the stuck filter nozzle and we now have water and ice. He was early, polite, professional and fair. I will not hesitate to use them again!
Our dishwasher stopped running and the drain light came on. I cleaned the drain but it still wouldn't run. I looked at google and found Appliance Repair Escondido. I called them and they sent Nick out the first thing the next morning. Nick checked it out and gave me an estimate and said he would get the parts and would be back the next day to fix it.
