I had issues with the service and I contacted the office, spoke to the owner and he made things right! Ask for the owner and give him a chance to fix things if you are not satisfied with the service you received.

I had an outside pipe burst from the recent freeze, and found these guys on thumbtack. They were here within 90 minutes and had me fixed up in less than 2 hours. The tech, Dillon, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The same can be said for Richard who handled the scheduling and payment. Price wasn’t cheap, but fair, given the circumstances and promptness of the resolve. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

Should have read the earlier reviews about being ripped off. The technician misdiagnosed the issue as being a faulty compressor without even checking the relays, and when it turned out to be the relay starter.

We were not charged what was told before scheduling, then repair would of cost almost the amount of a new washer. Not worth it.

I used Advantage Service when my AC stopped cooling, which cost me $1300. The blower motor was replaced, but the system failed to cool. The next day, I hired another HVAC company. They performed a full system diagnostics, which revealed the real issue to be a refrigerant leak. I later learned low refrigerant should be one of the first things checked, costly lesson learnedI I recommend asking for full diagnostics before approving repairs. I’m sharing this to help others make informed choices.
