Joel was the technician who visited and he was excellent! Firstly, I received confirmation of the appt along with his photo via email prior to the visit. He was prompt, efficient, thorough and explained his assessment & findings for us to better understand & determine next steps!

Barry Y and his team of technicians were very polite and on time for installation. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up leaving our home spotless .
