Our AC broke on one of the hottest days and on a Sunday. We called and they were able to come out that day. There was a $75 fee, but it was totally worth it. The guy who came was so nice and gave us tips on the unit. We will definitely be calling them for our regular service.
Ok but really. I know it’s sometimes hard to sort through all the reviews, but these guys are the real deal. I reached out on the suggestion of a coworker after being burned by a few other companies. I can’t thank Tess, Kelly, and the whole Advantage Team. Responsive. Knowledgable. Kind. Patient. Well priced. As Kelly, my technician put it after unexpectedly needing to drill through 3 layers of brick, “No worries at all. This is a service industry and service matters. Call anytime. We want to do it right.” Do it!
I have been using Advantage Appliance repair for 5+ years. A Family run business. It is VERY EASY to contact them. No automated answering and prompt response with great communication. Kevin has been to my home for washer, dryer and dishwasher repairs. Diagnosed issues quickly and repair work was always done right! Friendly and professional...simply said! First rate service and prompt response today. I can't thank Advantage enough for coming out to our new home to ensure that both AC and furnace are ready for the ups and downs of weather. Service Technician provided several tips for upkeep and money saving advice. One less thing for us to worry about as we learn about getting our new home in shipshape.
