We hired this company to repair a frozen drainage pipe. Not only did they not thaw my pipes, they broke several parts in the process. My toilet was taken off and not replaced, my sink drain was broken irreparably, and my tub pipe was left unattached and ultimately went missing. The staff were pretty good, but left garbage (dirty gloves, half empty soda bottles, burrs from plants) lying throughout my house.
