The Daikin a/c system that was provided is a quality product but the Android tablet controller that was provided by AA is poor quality and not upgradable. Unclear whether its failure was hardware related or made obsolescent by google. My older AA hardware controller with buttons still works well in my old house, but the tablet solution was a really poor design choice by AA. Had the my place system installed in our house years ago. The control screen started playing up. Called them they told me it was under warranty and organised to have someone come out a few days later. Dan the tech was so friendly and knowledgeable, replaced the screen under warranty, answered all my questions and checked over the system. Always been great to deal with.
Room temperatures in MyAir when connected via mobile data have been incorrect for months! When connected to my home wi-fi it works fine. I've reported it to the devs but it still hasn't been fixed. Edit: This is now fixed but it took far too long to resolve.
