Spent over $30k on central heating using this companies tablet and software. Called them for support because tablet stopped working. Told me to go back to who installed it, can’t help me. After I explained installer in Victoria went bust. They had even less interest to try and help. Crap business that couldn’t be bothered attempting to help me. Product is crap

As others have described you pay for a $16k system then after a few years the crsp android tablet they supply fails. Their response “hey you’ve had a good run now you need to pay over $1,000 for a new controller” The old tablets that i built into my house are now useless and i have 3 systems! These guys are rubbish no after sales service. Also avoid ambience air Joondalup, they washed their hands of the whole thing even though i spent $30k plus with them,

Paid over 10 grand for this install, it makes a banging noise which echoes through my attic. When I rang I was told its normal for a banging noise to happen. I have never heard a reverse air-con make a banging noise. I rang again after it didn't go away and was told go to the manufacturer.

bad place to work, high demand/hard fast work combo, never worked that hard in my life and I've worked from farms to factories, sweat like a dog on the run from near start to end of shift only to get sacked

Be wary of this scam! The Android tablet they give you are cheap Chinese products that fail and die conveniently as soon as they are out of warranty!! Then they'll say you need to get the full system redone at a cost of over $1600 "as it is old technology". I have a $10,000+ system that was installed in mid 2019 that I cannot use in the middle of a heatwave because they supposedly don't have a replacement tablet.
