Called the service and troubleshooting line and both times got a call back promptly. The problem with the tablet has been rectified, it's done its updates and is working well. Thanks to the tech guys in Perth.

Cam did an awesome job of addressing some issues with our system (installed by others approx 18 months ago). He was very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. It now works better than ever.
Spent over $30k on central heating using this companies tablet and software. Called them for support because tablet stopped working. Told me to go back to who installed it, can’t help me. After I explained installer in Victoria went bust. They had even less interest to try and help. Crap business that couldn’t be bothered attempting to help me. Product is crap
