I would not use this builder again.
We built our home with Advantage one year ago, and their pricing BY FAR beat out competitors and was reasonable. They are very transparent in their communications and pricing and what the agreed upon cost was up front, was our closing amount, which was great! You do not get their phone numbers to reach them, but they are always very responsive via email and you can always leave a message at the office.
