The lady on the phone, BECKY, cussed at me and yelled at me AND my girlfriend. She accused me of things I didn’t say like trying to get my appointment bumped. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional and doesn’t deserve a job at McDonald’s. Her name is BECKY and I asked for it but she was a little hesitant on giving it out. I am annoyed and would NEVER recommend these guys to ANYONE. No way she kisses her mom with the mouth she has, psh.
We have been without heat in our house for a full day with 3 animals. It is currently 35 degrees in our house. The last thing we needed was for Becky at this company answering the phone being rude to customers without heat while she sits in a comfy heated office. This lady should be fired as she cannot remain professional and sympathetic for people without heat and is unable to handle uncomfortable and terrible situations with grace and patience.
