The AdvantaClean team came out to clean the ducts in the house that I had recently purchased. Keith, the owner of he business, came out the previous week to evaluate the job, explain the procedure, answer questions and set an appointment for the following week. Keith and his team that arrived were professional, efficient and respectful of my home. I would have liked to have had a contract, an invoice and a receipt for my check. There was no paperwork of any kind. They were available within a few days of me calling them and very friendly. We didn’t have a bad problem and they told us how to prevent it from happening again.

Absolutely a scam artist, Keith comes out doesn’t even look at anything and says you need 2 foot of your wall taken out, Tells me there’s mold, spores all over the furniture, didn’t even do the moisture reading initially until I asked and it was reading 17% to 21% which is totally normal ,then I say well let me schedule this with my insurance and see if they will cover it, knowing that’s not what I’m going to do, I just want them gone and he tries to tell me I’m at $650 just for them showing up, at that point, I was like a c... read more
