Found out we had some mold in our attic during a home inspection (when selling the home). Buyers wanted $20k—this is without them showing us any pics nor did inspector say/explain where, how much there was, etc. So we decided to check it out ourselves (would have done whether we moved or not). Everyone on the AdvantaClean team did an awesome job with the mold remediation at my new home. Getting the quote from Ian and scheduling the work with Kaitlyn were smooth and simple. Communication with everyone at Advanta Clean was oustanding from beginning to end. Patryck and his helper were on time, courteous and respectful of the property. A huge extra thank you to both of them for dealing with the junk that was left behind in the attic. :)
