The owner Nate and a new employee Kortland came out and were on time! They explained everything they were doing as they did it. Very courteous and neat. They did such a great job and my ductwork is now very, very clean!!!! Thank you do much Nate and Kortland! I definitely recommend them!!!
2024 Update: This work was great for the first year, no water in crawl space. However, year two was and is a different story. The piping laid under my home is not moving water quick enough and in spring of 2023 I had water in my crawl space again, after spending thousands with this company, I called them to find that they DO NOT warranty their work. I was given an estimate of an additional 2k for them to “fix” what they had done. Now, I’m about to pay thousands again to have their work redone to protect my home. DO NOT USE T... read more
AdvantaClean was nothing short of spectacular! And was a pleasure doing business with Nate Watson, who came out and help get rid of some mold in or crawl space, and made sure everything was sealed properly. Definitely recommend 5/5
Last year we used the services of Advantaclean. My team was led by Nate Watson and I was very satisfied with the work. They did mold remediation in basement and crawl space. Put down vapor barriers in crawl space. Very professional. Nate is extremely knowledgeable. No problems since that time. I would recommend.
