I am so, so, thankful that we called AdvantaClean. We had two companies come out to check our home before calling AdvantaClean. Those companies really spooked us, and told u we would need to spend $16-30K. We felt so uncomfortable and condescended too from one of those companies as well, so we decided to go for a third opinion and called AdvantaClean. As a realtor and construction consultant/project manager I run into a lot of skeezy contractors in this space. It can be really hard to get a clear and honest bid or scope of work. That's why I cannot recommend this company and its owner, Larry more strongly. From the first call to the final moments of the job, communication is clear and complete. They have the expertise to identify the problem and complete the work in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
