I am so, so, thankful that we called AdvantaClean. We had two companies come out to check our home before calling AdvantaClean. Those companies really spooked us, and told u we would need to spend $16-30K. We felt so uncomfortable and condescended too from one of those companies as well, so we decided to go for a third opinion and called AdvantaClean.
