Very responsive to questions
I had a good experience talking with Corey about SDIRAs and Advanta. He was the most knowledgeable and least salesy sales rep that I spoke with across several firms. He also personally processed my application and sent the paperwork to my other bank on the same day that I opened an account. Advanta had the lowest cost pricing structure for my planned investment.
Corey gave me a very clear understanding of how investing in a Real Estate LP would be accomplished using my IRA as investment source. He explained the pros and cons of this approach.
