WOW! is all I can say, after writing the below review I got a call in hopes to help, but right after that I was charged a termination fee of $32 plus another annual fee on an account I just closed. STAY AWAY!!!! Advanta IRA should be called Feevanta. Advanta charges nickel and dime fees and offers zero customer service. I've had issues with my account since I set it up and it's nearly impossible to get help. They work less than banker hours and always act as if they are doing you a favor by answering the phone. I've enjoyed the conferences via my computer and telephone interaction realtime. The entire ADVANTA "team" should be commended for their timeliness, professionalism, and outstanding attitude! Any time I have called I have been given a short answer or any help that I needed. When I submit a payment authorization lett4er it is paid and the check is sent within 2 business days.
