Called and got a good price on a furnace, install seemed good and it has worked excellent. Fast forward 5 years later and I call around for quotes for an AC unit. 3 of the quotes said an additional $500 because the company who installed it made the sheet metal base way to high.(12 inches) and I now dont have the 16" to 18" required for the install. Had ducts cleaned and furnace serviced this spring for the first time by this company. Pat and Jaime did a thorough job and were very willing to answer questions though the process. We feel it was well done, will use the service again.
New to the company this spring. Pat and Jaime came in the scheduled window, did a fantastic job, and were happy to answer questions along the way. We had the ducts cleaned and furnace inspected. It was a positive experience and we'll be happy to use their service again.
Kevin and Mike came to my home and on a Friday called to come early which was great for a Friday afternoon! They were both very polite, efficient and thorough with the work they did cleaning the furnace ducts, furnace and rooftop dryer vent. We will definitely consider them for the next cleaning in a couple of years!
Terrible experience. The technicians blew dirt and dust from the vents straight into my apartment, leaving the whole place covered in debris. I ended up with more cleaning to do than before they arrived. Save your money and go elsewhere.
