Advanpro replaced both of our aging furnaces with new, Canadian-made, Napoleon units. We were very impressed with the quality (and speed) of the work. Our technician was meticulous in his work. Overall he cleaned up the furnace room. Previously it was a mishmash of drain hoses from humidifiers and the A/C unit. After he finished he had integrated all the drains together into a single PVC pipe leading to the drain. With the quality and value of their service, Kevin and Maurice went above and beyond cleaning and inspecting the furnace (they even wiped it down). Not exactly sure what exactly is going on with your customer service people. After receiving multiple emails for service from them I took the time to email in and advise that due to a highly unexpected and painful divorce that I was NOT the point of contact any longer. I provided the direct contact for my ex husband. The customer service agent replied with apologies via email and assured me this had been taken care of.
