Dr. Tim Li has been amazing for myself and my family. So grateful that we were transferred to him after my family doctor retired. The whole office is great. Great system for booking and getting appointments when needed.
Dr. Li has been nothing short of amazing! A truly caring Doctor, I couldn't ask for more. I've had a couple of challenging years with my health and he's been there for me every step of the way. Very thankful to have him as my Doctor. His staff are also terrific and very accommodating.
If i can post ZERO STARS for this experience i would! I called to get a fill on a prescription yesterday. The receptionist advised that there is a $30.00 fee to fill a prescription with my Doctor. We went back and forth with her asking me WHY am i being charged by my family doctor to get a prescription. She then started speaking to me on CONDESENDING TONE and kept advising "i don't know what your not understanding".
