I am with big name banks from 30 years, and recently switched to first ever credit union that is Advancial FCU. I am blown away with the service and attention to detail they provided. It's like someone on my side all the Time to address any question or concern I had. There is no wait time to get support over chat session. I was able to open sub accounts over the chat session and it just can't get any better. I believe I found my destiny and I will never going to need another bank anymore.
I have been a member of Advancial for six years and had a couple of car loans with them - all done through the same person, Ms. Zoey Reyes-Parr. This lady is hands down one of the main reason I keep coming back to Advancial. She makes the loan application experience pleasant, and car hunting fun by being knowledgeable, polite and efficient. She goes above and beyond to help costumers despite challenges in these uncertain times. Her hard work and dedication should be rewarded by a raise. A big one!
