Zero stars. I work in several different EMR systems and while they are all mediocre or bad, Advanced MD is by far the worst—it’s not close. Hands down the worst customer service department—slow to respond, often closed and often have to get someone else to actually fix the problem because they don’t know how. Not clear charges vs. Doctors office visitas
I actually give this company zero stars. It is by far the worse system I have ever worked with. All their upgrades are downgrades. The system is always glitching and having issues with slows down our work production tremendously. There has been several times the fax system was down for an extended period of time so we missed out on referrals. they keep changing the program for the worse. It constantly freezes up and wastes an enormous amount of staff time.
Worst company ever!!! I would give them negative stars if I could. I have never delt with a company that is this awful! Every update is 10 steps backwards. They are famous for doing an update and if you complain because it has major issues, they will ask you to fill out their “Idea Share” which is a platform that everyone can go to let them know the issues that you are experiencing after the update.
