Buggy. User unfriendly. Confusing. Redundant. Difficult to use. It seems like the software developers have a grudge against this company. Otherwise why would they roll out unusable software? Discouraging experience all around
I had a great experience with this company! Adam was the first to initiate the chat—he was kind, fast, and got the job done efficiently. Later, I spoke with Jeron Giles a Sales Specialist. He kept things casual and easy-going, which made the whole process smooth and pleasant. Really impressed with the service so far, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work with them ahead. Great Service.
Why the hell do I get a bill for $5 out of the blue, with no date or statement of service, and nothing substantial really to authenticate its legitimacy, from an entity I've never heard of, and wanting me to log in or Join, with another goddamn password to keep track of. Give me a clear, explicit reason, at least a specific date, location and service before you ask me do anything at all that might result in either a malware attack or reveal credit card, e-mail of any credentials of any kind.
Terrible, unethical company! Run as fast as you can! Met with them for two hours and now have to pay an 11k “buyout”. I am glad I didn’t continue with this company as it seems to get worse and worse after reading all these reviews. The good reviews probably were paid by AMD. My mistake was signing an “Order Form” which is really their disguised contract. They refer you to a website to read their terms of service in small print at the bottom of the “Order Form”.
