Wife’s company tried AdvancedMD out. It came with big promises and zero follow through. Definitely not worth the money. You would be better off doing everything by yourself because that is what you are going to have to do with this company anyway. Better off using your money as fire starter to heat your house. :)
Worst mistake I’ve made and I’ve owned this clinic for 11 years. Don’t make the same mistake. Believe the neg reviews . Don’t let them tell you that they have addressed all negative reviews because they truely do not care. Sales team acts like they want to help but operations blocks them from getting involved . This decision might bankrupt us.
We used them to do our billing for a short while and they are clueless on how to post and do adjustments. Im still fixing things they messed up over a year later. Do not use them to do your billing!
I used their software and revenue cycle management services for a little over a year. During that time, I had frequent denied claims and duplicate claims that were never followed up on. I lost a significant amount of revenue due to their lackluster system and service. They were contractually responsible for all claims prior to termination date.
