My experience with this company was absolutely horrible. I was on the phone with a Advanced MD Inc. billing associate named Lisa W. who was an absolutely rude nightmare. All she did was talk over me and would not let me get one sentence out edgewise. She kept repeating herself over and over and over and wouldn't even let me ask one question and then proceeded to tell me she couldn't help me anymore and that I would have to call back to get a different associate to talk to. Stupid company
Zero stars. I work in several different EMR systems and while they are all mediocre or bad, Advanced MD is by far the worst—it’s not close. Hands down the worst customer service department—slow to respond, often closed and often have to get someone else to actually fix the problem because they don’t know how.
