Amazingly friendly and knowledgeable. Very personable and compassionate group.
Well was a little reluctant to go here, but I have to say after my first visit in some time, I was thrilled with the care I got. The doctor spent alot of time examining my wounds and answering my concerns. I feel like we have a plan. I found the nurse to be smart and knew what she was doing. In addition when I called with a question, they got back to me in a timely manner . I've had problems here years ago, but I have to say this time I am impressed
I went in for my first visit very nervous. My nurse Dana was a Godsend. She was very calming and put me at ease.
This place has the best care! The staff was so kind and considerate! They took great care of my husband, got us in and out and made sure that everything of concern was addressed before leaving! Thank you so much! I appreciate you all!
Skip this terrible office and call ECMC wound care!! Very rude and aggressive. The supervisor on Southwestern called us after we made an appointment for an individual with developmental disabilities. She claimed we never said the individual was from a group home. I don't know what her issue is with people who are developmentally disabled, but she left a bad taste in my mouth.
