They really act like they don't care about you at all. The NP acted like she didn't believe me, and dismissed my wound as just barely being open, and that it would probably close in a week. I felt very uncomfortable and didn't like being treated like that. Then she decided to preach to me about my diabetes and so on and so forth. Well, if it was such a little wound, that would close in a week, why act better then me and argue that food is cheap???? Three strikes your out. Poor. Poor service
2 issues happened in one visit that made me find a different center. 1. I am healing from a wound the size and depth of a football with added possible bone infection. I made a couple of small grunts attempting to get on the med table and the nurse glared at me and asked me how old I was. 2. Same day, the surgeon was ill. She rolled her chair over to get gloves..dropped one on the floor and picked it up and put it on her hand in preparation to touch my wound.
