Spend more time waiting than getting treatment not respectful of the patients time each visit is an hour plus waiting and about 15 minutes of treatment

The staff at BJC Wound Care Center is the best, very caring and professional. I am so happy with results. I highly recommend if you have a wound that needs special attention to heal. A wonderful experience. Thank you all for the service you provide.
Went for 3 visits and have absolutely nothing to show for it. Doctors "try" to make recommendations then never follow up on what they recommend. All I can say is they never addressed the issue of concern. So clearly they're not listening. Hundreds of dollars later, and my husband is no better off than when he started. I needed to find a wound care doctor for my husband - THANK GOD I found Dr. Sandberg and the BJC Wound Care Center. Dr. Sandberg has been an absolute God send! She has taken EXCELLENT care of my husband and with the treatments she is doing, his wound has improved 1000%. He still has a way to go but she has put him on the right path!
