I've been working with AWP and David (its owner) for over two years and have had nothing but great experiences with them. Bought my first Markforged (Onyx) printer from them a few years back. I figured I'd be on my own once I bought the machine, but AWP has given me top notch support without which I would have wasted a lot of time. When I call them with print issues a human picks up the phone and helps me solve print issues. For me the issues have all been due to a lack of maintenance. I sort of thought the printer would just run forever so long as I put filament in it. Turns out I'm wrong, there are a few relatively cheap components ($20-$75) ... read more

I bought a Markforged Onyx One 3d printer from AWP in 2017. They were very patient as I analyzed other printers on the market. The machine I purchased from them has been a workhorse. AWP supplied us with the printer and extra components to get us going. I recently purchased another printer through AWP because I know they sell reliable products. They are very responsive and provide great service! Thanks AWP.
