Dropped van off to have a screw tighten down on my rack. Max assisted me. He said it would be 1-2 hours. Hourly rate is $115.00 I dropped the van at 7:35am he called me at 8:12am it was finished. The charged 1.25 he said oh yeah, the labor rate on the invoice is wrong. We changed it to $143 an hour. No transparency. Here’s the quote from the day before verses the day of. Nothing mentioning a 1.25 minimum order or anything.
