I was a new patient. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The medical staff that took me to the room and did my vitals was professional and friendly. The doctor took his time and I felt completely comfortable with him. My overall experience was excellent. I would highly recommend this doctor and staff! I will return.
I wish I could do 0 stars since I never even got to see a doctor. After two days of trying to schedule a new patient visit, I was told that they will not schedule an appointment without having received all of my previous medical records. I explained to them that I would like to be a new patient and would like to be evaluated independent of my records and they refused. I don’t understand why I cannot simply make an appointment to be seen. They even sent me an appointment time and date that was available but would not book it.... read more
