The Yucca Valley location listed on Google no longer exists — the building is empty with their old logo. They now operate out of a tiny, unmarked window inside another medical office, with no signage at all. It’s extremely confusing to find, and there’s no clear instructions for patients. When I went to pick up my printed records, the staff asked if I was aware of a $35 printing fee. What a joke. I will not ever use this office again. I have been a patient for over 7 years and it is been an okay experience until today. I called the office to cancel my appointment for tomorrow with 28 hours notice because I woke up super sick. The girl said you can cancel but we are charging you $45 because we require a 48 hour notice. I said so you want me to come in sick, she said yes wear a mask. So I will have to drive 1hr to my appointment sick, I will never use them again.

Horrible customer service!!! I was a new patient at the Yucca Valley office, now I will be going elsewhere. Terrible service from the front desk receptionist. I called her in advance, letting her know I was running a little late due to car issues. I said I was driving in from 29 palms and if I need to reschedule I will. She said, “no need” as long as you arrive by 4:15pm. I came in at 4:13pm and she told me it was too late for my appointment. I said, “you could have told me that 30mins ago when I called”.
