Horrible customer service!!! I was a new patient at the Yucca Valley office, now I will be going elsewhere. Terrible service from the front desk receptionist. I called her in advance, letting her know I was running a little late due to car issues. I said I was driving in from 29 palms and if I need to reschedule I will. She said, “no need” as long as you arrive by 4:15pm. I came in at 4:13pm and she told me it was too late for my appointment. I said, “you could have told me that 30mins ago when I called”. The entire staff superceded my expectations. They have assisted my wife with 2 births. I would not go elsewhere.

After suffering for years they were the 1st office to actually listen to me and find out I had endometriosis. Year’s and year’s of pain being told by multiple Doctors that I just had bad cramps, or it can’t be that bad. Within a couple of visits they diagnosed me. Started treatment immediately. This had been going on since I was 16 year’s old, finally found them in my 30’s.
