Some staff were nice but the inadequate care made that useless. No explanation of results even after calling several times. Continually passed off to nurses instead of the doctor, which led to inaccurate information and confusion. Utter frustration and disappointment led me to leave this practice.
I just went up there drifting in the snow only to find out they are closed. I didn't get an email or a text message stating they were closed due to inclement weather. This is a great doctors office but I do believe the communication could be way better. Reply: I got the call but I wasn't aware you all call from private numbers.I get enough scam and bot calls so I normally don't answer private numbers or numbers Im not familiar with. Dr. Tamika Sea is an amazing OBGYN. The care and compassion that she’s shows in unmatched, by any Provider I have ever seen. Shes is professional, knowledgeable and the ONLY OBGYN that I could refer anyone to without a doubt. Brandy, MA is also an amazing asset to the team…it was a pleasure meeting her at my last visit. She’s also comforting and extremely professional! The Team here is amazing!
