I just went up there drifting in the snow only to find out they are closed. I didn't get an email or a text message stating they were closed due to inclement weather. This is a great doctors office but I do believe the communication could be way better. Reply: I got the call but I wasn't aware you all call from private numbers.I get enough scam and bot calls so I normally don't answer private numbers or numbers Im not familiar with. I just finished my second pregnancy and labor/delivery by AWCC and it was nothing short of perfection. Throughout the entire pregnancy and labor/delivery, I felt the utmost care, concern, and compassion from Dr. Sea, Shannon Mayfield, and Dr. Jones! My first pregnancy was at a different practice and I always walked away feeling like a number rather than someone who deserved time and attention. I always felt the total opposite at AWCC. I enjoyed Dr. Sea and her midwife’s on staff however, due to staff I will not be returning. The rudeness and attitude should not have a place in the medical field. I just got off the phone with the operator, she decided instead of listening and helping to speak over me repeatedly and was incredibly unhelpful. “Ma’am, ma’am, ma’am” on repeat is ridiculous especially when I am speaking , learn some manners if you work on phone! Absolutely love being seen here for my OB care. I have never felt so warm and welcomed at a doctors office until I walked in. They are truly understanding & helpful with everything they do. My first Dr was Nicole & she hugged me & loved on me when i experienced something I’ve never been through before. All three hugged me and nurtured me to feel comfortable enough to go home.
