The doctors are very knowledgeable, but they have zero respect for other people's time. After waiting over an hour past my appointment time three separate times, I switched doctors based on the receptionist's recommendation that the other doctor ran on time. Today, I waited over an hour past my scheduled appointment, yet again. I think it's great that they spend time with their patients! My wife is very happy with her doctor and the medical care she receives here. The doctor is excellent, caring, and professional. However, our experience with the Spanish-speaking staff member has been disappointing. She is supposed to help Spanish-speaking patients, but unfortunately her attitude can come across as impatient and unwelcoming. Dr Bluswicz has been treating me with Hormone replacement therapy pellets. It has been life-changing. Hot flashes are improved, joint pain is improved, Not to mention other wonderful side effects!!!! If you are struggling and you are in your 50s, go see her!
I had an incredibly stressful and disappointing experience with Dr. Tracy’s office following a diagnostic mammogram and ultrasound. After the tests showed a concern requiring a biopsy, I chose a facility for the procedure. However, the office refused to send the order to my preferred provider, insisting I use their one specific contact and citing 'protocol.' I could never say enough good things about Dr. B and her staff! I love, love, love this office. She is an expert, in my opinion, in many things, but especially menopause. She hand walked me thru it on more than one occasion when I felt like I was going crazy! She always take the time to answer any questions and always makes you feel valued and important. I highly recommend!!!
