Follow up is non-existent. It's exhausting to email and call for weeks on end about a test they strongly recommended but completely failed to arrange. Update: Dr. Lublin is a decent and caring human who has acted to fix the issues as quickly as possible. Once I got to her (instead of random office staff) things changed. So no longer a 1 star review. Probably deserves 3.5 but let's see how things pan out over time.
What an awful experience. I recently moved to New Jersey and was searching for a new OB-GYN. The office called me the day before my appointment asking if I could come in earlier. I returned the call, only to be told the earlier slot was already booked and that I should still come for my original 1:15 PM appointment. On the day of my appointment, my original doctor had an emergency, but no one from the office contacted me to reschedule. Womans care source as a whole are very kind and professional. However I am in love with Springfield office. They are always super warm and have a great bed side manner. I had a very rough pregnancy which ended up ultimately in a emergency C-section. They took very good care of me while pregnant. The Nursing staff are also so pleasant, friendly and have great sense of humor if you’re the joking while nervous type ( like me). I had an extremely disappointment experience with this practice. I would not recommend.
First visit at this facility, my experience was great from start to finish, everyone was so nice and accommodating. Dr Hunt was really pleasant and felt very comfortable with her, and ultrasound technician was excellent too.
