The ABSOLUTE WORST PHONE SYSTEM I'VE EVER ENCOUNTERED in over 50 years of working with physicians. You can NEVER EVER GET THROUGH. They should be embarrassed. I will be filing a report to the Board of Medical Examiners and the The Joint Commission as not answering phones in a reasonable time (>>30 minutes) frame is dangerous and life threatening. Maybe they should spend some of their money on hiring more receptionists and a new phone system. I do not recommend unless you want to put your life at risk.
Dr Hunt and her staff are very nice. Never had an issue and love the office and location.
The front desk ladies are the worst of the worst. VERY UNORGANIZED. Lost ALL of my records and are giving me the run around to re-request them. Honestly ive never seen a doctor's office with such chaos.
