Didn't tell me that they would break my security pad when installing my windshield. When I complained, they told me it was a dealer thing and then looked at me like they didn't speak English until I gave up and left. There is no customer service available on their website. Their 1 800 number is disconnected. It appears they are doing everything they can to avoid mailing this right.
They replaced my windshield for $100 less than safelite was going to and got me an appointment the week after I called. Super friendly staff, they even swapped the stickers on my old windshield over to my new one without me asking!

Extremely friendly and professional and they even have a waiting room. That's a plus.
Thank you to Techna Glass for making things right with replacing my 2024 Atlas Volkswagen windshield not once but twice! Walker did a great job! Highly recommend! Great customer service.
