I made an appoitment with this company a week and a half ago to get the windows on my car tinted. I called in on the Saturday(17th) it was to be done to verify the time of my appointment. After being asked multiple times for my name, telephone number, make of car etc..I was informed they didn't see my appointment and they were all booked up, I assured her I did make the appointment, stating she didn't know what to do, she took my number and said she'll see what she can do and call me back. I am a local merchant and I call other merchants occasionally to market my business. 99% of the merchants I call are pleasant and supportive. The woman who answered the phone hung up without a single word when I called and told him/her why I was calling. I hope they don't treat their customers in such a rude and unprofessional manner. What ever happended to civility? Ironic that I have been using their services for several years, but not anymore!

Best TINT in town! – Hello everybody. This is a first for me, but I want to share great service. Advance window tinting was very courteous and professional in servicing my cars. I have a Suburban, 2 Hyundai Sonatas, 2000 Mitsubishi Galant, 2002 Chevy Malibu. No problems ever occured with the tint. They gave me a pricea time and it was all done within those. Appointments aren't necessary either. They explain the process and give you several choices of high end(3M) or a lower grade. Still the lower grade lasted for many years.... read more
