Bobby was just wonderful! By the time he was done installing our beautiful new door, he was already a member of our family! He worked very, very hard and non-stop. Ask for Bobby when you hire AWS.
Overall great experience with AWS. I had 2 windows installed and a door. My salesperson Zach Forrest was really nice to work with and stayed in contact throughout the whole installation. Dave F my lead installer and his assistant were very professional. They showed up exactly on time each day, set up quickly and got right to work. They cleaned everything up at the end of each work day and really kept me updated throughout the day. No showed on APT after they called and text to confirm the time.the next day the guy who blew no off started texting me claiming he was there! So I got some random but from their company giving me a hard time thru text because they missed an appointment.
Very pleased with the service and quality of windows. Adam was great with explaining the process and also with the follow-up after the installation was completed. Mario, I believe his name is, did a fantastic job and made the finished exterior trim of the windows looking very professional, despite having to fend off a swarm of bees that were nesting in an area near the upper window.
