Installed doors at my 2million dollar home and now I have to rip them out. They will not come back and fix them after being contacted at least 12 times for over a year. This will be a 20k plus repair that I'll be suing for plus legal fees.
AWS installed new windows in my house but didn't caulk them all the way, according to their own employee who came out to fix it after there was a leak. They have been completely unresponsive to my follow-up requests to repair the drywall damage it caused. Not even a "sorry we aren't going to help with that" but just a straight up silent treatment.
