Great experience with a company that follows through on their promises. I'm thankful that I went with AWP after the multiple quotes showed them to be the best option for quality and cost.
AWP is a great family owned company with the experience to match. Phillip Wright answered all of my questions, the windows arrived within the 4-6 week timeframe and were installed without incident. The installation crew was very impressive by arriving on time, cleaning up as they worked throughout the day and finally making sure I understood the window/slider operations. The crew worked continuously for 5 hours without a break or lunch. A very impressive experience.
Sales Rep Phillip was great, honest, never tried to oversell us anything. We replaced 6 windows a few years prior with NT windows and absolutely love them, so we knew what windows we wanted. Price was exactly what we were expecting. But the true awesomeness of our experience was when the crew came to install the new windows. They operate as a well-oiled machine. We got quotes from 7 different companies and ultimately decided to go with AWP. Overall I was very satisfied with all aspects of my dealings with AWP. From the sales appointment and the honestly of Philip Wright and his no frills approach, the installation crew and finally the follow-up crew. My windows were installed very efficiently and effectively. Took about 6 weeks to manufacture them and just one day to install.
