Jason of the East Haven location was of a great assistance. He was professional in all aspects from my initial questions to the final installation of a curbsider lift for my mobility scooter. This has been the best handled case of dumb tomfoolery I’ve ever seen. I purchased a van that was sold by advanced wheels in 2008. I made the appointment for service knowing that I had completed screwed up a couple things in it, and I really need a safe way to ride with my growing kid. The alarm was disconnected immediately, it ate the battery on my last two vans in winter. I also unhooked the ez lock. Never do this. It’s hell. If it’s service even if you didn’t buy a van from him, then also count on Jason to go out of his way to satisfy your needs.
