For several decades, my trusty 4 qt. RevereWare stainless steel pot served me very well. And then one side of the handle's metal attachment point developed a bad crack. I took that pot to Advanced Welding, and a welder named Marty repaired the cracked handle attachment (for a very reasonable fee). It looks very good. More importantly, I have used that pot many times during the past eighteen months, with no problems. The repaired handle is very sturdy. I expect that it will continue to be usable for many years ahead.

Terrific service and communication. I needed a specialty welder to repair a crack in a 48 year old magnesium transmission case. Marty did a great job at a fair price with a quick turnaround and a can-do approach -- a rare bird these days. They do a lot of specialty (medical, aerospace, automotive) welding: this isn't a hack-job muffler shop. I would recommend them to anyone (especially for unusual materials) and I will be back for anything I can't do myself. Great local business.
