We used Advanced Watershapes for our new pool in Groveland in 2018. They talked a good story but never delivered the pool/spa as contracted. They cut corners using materials and equipment of lesser value. We had to file an arbitration against them with an Attorney because they refused to correct the issues. Pool is now four years old with cracks inside developing. They made no attempt to repair/fix the issues they created with the pool! Shame on this pool company, we would not recommend.
WOW!!!!! I can say that I'm lucky they revealed there true attitude within our first conversation. I called this business today and spoke to who I assume was the owner and tried to set up a meeting for a new pool build quote. This is what happened: He answered the phone rude and didn't identify the company's name I was calling which seemed odd. Read a couple of reviews and , would also like to say that if anyone has any issue with our pool we would be happy to service anything that you have found deficiant we pride ourselves in a great product. Several of these reviews are not even clients we believe that they are competing builders
Very please with our experience during the process. The labor guys were extremely respectful, kept my yard clean as possible for the undergoing construction. I would call John again if I we ever needed another pool built. He was with us, every step the way, until the entire project was perfect.
