AWS was contracted by a home buyer to inspect the plumbing in the home I am selling. In his findings, Gene misrepresented several items. The report stated that the Katalox system I installed required a "minimum of 7-10gpm" in order to backwash properly. I questioned Gene about this, citing the manufacturers report requiring only 4gpm. It was also stated that I used 1/2" pex piping that restricts water down to 1/4" at the fittings. The house was fitted with Pex-A (expansion pex), not Pex-B. Gene has been servicing my system for years.He suggested I switch to city water last yr and again this yr. So I did. He has always taken good care of my equipment

Excellent work on fixing my ailing water softener and replacing old pressure tank. Gene was very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing service and I am not even a customer. Was in the process of purchasing a home that the company had serviced and called with questions. Took the time (over a half hour) to talk to me about the water system and what I would potentially dealing with. Gene was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions, honestly went above and beyond with customer service. If I ever need well and or water services I would definitely use them.
