Great company to hire, will make sure the correct water softener you get is right for you and the hard water your house has. They won’t try and upsell you something you don’t need. Two years after install I had an issue due to my own fault and I called and they sent someone to help that day even though they are booked up. Brian was very nice and very intelligent and taught me a few tricks to help me if I have the same issue. Highly recommend using them.
We were stuck in traffic some people have been trying to cut and one of the Advance water solutions drivers pulled into the center and blocked the cutters. Everyone respected him and left him room to pull back into his spot once we go to an exit. We salute you Advanced Water Solutions driver 🫡
We had the best experience with Advanced Warer Solutions ! The 25 year warranty and superior system sold us on using them and they installed it very quickly and we had the best water for drinking and throughout house within hours. I highly recommend their WaterMax system if you have hard water - it is absolutely the best system and we couldn’t be happier. Low maintenance - efficient and excellent!
Terrible and pathetic “customer service” !! While I like the product, they only service my area on Tuesdays between 12 and 2!!! So I took off work to be home from 12-2 and nobody showed up despite me confirming the appointment on Monday!!! Tried calling…no answer!!! Tried texting…no response!!! Bottom line is it’s all about the sale for this company and forget the customer service!!! Just had an employee from this company drive down equestrian blaring their horn at the homeless people parked on the side of the road. When I ran out to confront the individual they sped up towards me and actually managed to clip me with their mirror as they sped off. Makes one wonder if this company holds all of their employees to such low standards of human decency.
