This note is in response to the recent horrific review by Paul S******* of *********. As you may know, this is not Paul's only attempt to besmirch our otherwise solid reputation as a water treatment provider. A little history: We installed a water softener and a Revere Osmosis system for the S*******'s on 4/29/10. We recommended a lower cost system than what they had us install. They wanted the bigger, more expensive unit even though their water issues didn't require it. ********** town water is fairly mundane compared to ... read more

Great company, customer service, and timeliness. They came when they said they were going to, had a clean install, and have been great to work with even after the install. We had a question about bleaching the system, and Bill took the time to write a detailed description step by step so we were able to do it. (They showed us at the install but there were a few to many steps I guess for us to feel comfortable replicating) Would highly recommend. Thanks again guys.
