The doctor was physically in the same room with me for @ 8 minutes and examined me for < 5. All other contacts were with workers. If you have given him an email address be prepared for constant emails advertising BoTox or whatever he is selling/doing; also be prepared to read @ his many trips to far off places and @ his family. My email is not a social contact -- if I wanted to be informed of his personal life I would have him on Facebook and or tweet him.
My 83 year old mother has been a patient of Dr. Bello for many years and always spoke highly of him. Last year was the first time I needed to accompany her to her yearly check-up. I was impressed by the overall experience/entire staff, from receptionist(s) to the eye examiner to an intern to the doctor himself, and finally to the in-office eyeglass "shop". When I felt it was time for me to have my own eyes examined, I did not hesitate to contact his office for an appointment.
