Doctor and Staff were extremely nice and professional
Dr. David Klatz is the first eye doctor who truly listened to my concerns about my severe dry eyes. Instead of simply recommending eye drops like every other doctor I had seen, he suggested a dry eye evaluation to determine the underlying cause. The testing confirmed that I have severe dry eye, and he recommended collagen plugs for my tear drainage ducts. Dr. Klatz was patient, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Got a full blown eye exam. Katherine was smooth n professional while putting me through 6 or 7 different machines. She answered every question without hesitation. On to see doctor within 5 minutes of finishing all preliminary tests. Picked out my new glasses and on my way. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!
Dr. Edelstein was excellent. He took his time performing my exam, I never felt rushed. He was very professional and answered all of my questions. I would definitely see him again for my next eye exam.
