We scheduled for a quote - a Friday. We get a call on a Wednesday to be re-scheduled on the next day, Saturday (11 AM). 11 AM comes. No call to us to inform us with anything - so I call them to figure out what's happening. They tell me they will come at 1:30 PM. They arrive 1:45 PM. They take my information to send the quote. 6 days later (It is currently a Friday.) and we still don't have a quote.
