I would not go to this place. After setting up appt in advance for my cat I gave them the information to get records from previous vet. No records were obtain nor was I given a call to advise me before the appt. I left without being seen due to the lack of customer service .
I would highly recommend Advanced Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Kern could be considered, in my opinion, a dog whisperer. I did not have an appointment, I came because I was very unhappy with another vets, The staff here was very respectful and a happy group. Dr. Kern was very compassionate and understood Ginger's stress.
