I would not go to this place. After setting up appt in advance for my cat I gave them the information to get records from previous vet. No records were obtain nor was I given a call to advise me before the appt. I left without being seen due to the lack of customer service .
I would highly recommend Advanced Veterinary Hospital. The staff is very friendly and Dr. Kern could be considered, in my opinion, a dog whisperer. I did not have an appointment, I came because I was very unhappy with another vets, The staff here was very respectful and a happy group. Dr. Kern was very compassionate and understood Ginger's stress. Our pets are our children and we will only board them here.We always feel safe leaving our "kids" with them!What a comfort to know you can go away and they are happy & well cared for.From grooming to boarding to health care this veterinary office is the best.
